Crystal Lake Laser Removal
L.E.D Light Therapy
How it works?
LED Light Therapy is a cutting-edge skincare conditioning technique that utilizes specific wavelengths to activate deep cells beneath the skin. This non-invasive, chemical-free, painless, and safe treatment is highly effective in promoting cell metabolism and collagen regeneration, resulting in a range of benefits such as anti-ageing, acne control, and skin brightening. The light penetrates the skin and initiates a photochemical and enzymatic reaction that stimulates glycogen and protein production, leading to a significant improvement to the skins appearance.
What does each colour treat?

Red LED Light Therapy - Anti-Ageing
Promotes youthful, radiant skin by stimulating collagen and improving tissue oxygenation that deeply rejuvenates while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles

Blue LED Light Therapy - Targets Acne
Helps improve the appearance of existing blemishes while minimising future breakouts.
Yellow LED Light Therapy - Brightening
Helps improve the function of oxygen in skin cells, improves microcirculation, helps decompose and dilute pigment, promotes cell regeneration and thus smoother and brighter skin tone.

Near Infrared LED Light Therapy - Pore Refinement
Helps the skin increase collagen production to accelerate the skin metabolism while brightening the skin tone, reducing pore size and improving skin tone.
Please note: Infrared Light is not obviously visible to the naked eye so you will see no obvious bright light.

Purple LED Light Therapy (Red & Blue) - Anti-Ageing / Acne
This is a combination of red and blue light that works to help against free radicals, help reduce inflammation and help improve blood circulation as well as helping target acne and blemishes.
How many treatments should I have?
To see significant benefits, you typically need one to two treatments per week, over a six to eight week period.
What happens during treatment?

The aesthetician will place the mask and goggles to the clients face after all makeup, creams, serums and lotions have been removed. As some ingredients in these products may cause light sensitisation or may reduce the effectiveness of the treatment. The treatment usually lasts about 20 minutes.
LED light therapy is a non-invasive, painless treatment. During treatment, you might feel some warmth but no discomfort.
