Booking Policy
Please note that cancellations or changes to appointments are not permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled time. A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required at the time of booking block treatment sessions, which will be applied towards the final balance due on the day of the appointment.
Please be advised that in case of a no-show, we will kindly request a full upfront payment for any future appointments. Thank you for your understanding.

In the event of illness or exceptional circumstances, we may consider rescheduling your appointment at our discretion. We kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment.
